ABSTRACT
The authors report the case of an adolescent with bilateral interstitial bronchopneumonia caused by measles. They discuss this rare presentation and the usefulness of thorax CT scan for the diagnosis of this disease.

RESUMO
É relatado caso de adolescente com quadro radiológico de broncopneumonia intersticial bilateral causada por sarampo, discutida a apresentação rara e a utilidade da tomografia computadorizada de tórax no seu diagnóstico.
